On July 25, an agreement was signed to open a Russian Center sponsored by the Russkiy Mir Foundation at the Hyderabad University of English and Foreign Languages in India. This is the first agreement regarding the establishment of a Russian Center in South Asia.

The 23rd Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival in Germany will feature performances of Russian music by leading Russian musicians and conductors, reports ITAR-TASS. The festival is being held in the northern German region from July 12-31 and will include 153 different events.
