Moscow has again demanded the Ukrainian authorities to release immediately Russian journalist Kirill Vyshinsky from custody, Gazeta.ru reports citing the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.

According to her, Vishinsky needs to be provided with acceptable conditions of detention before the release.

Maria Zakharova also called on the world community to influence on Kiev to stop law violation in Ukraine.

She noted that the Russian side is extremely concerned about Vyshinsky's health condition. The MFA representative recalled that a few days ago he was hospitalized during the court session. The journalist was diagnosed with a pre-infarction condition but was refused in a highly qualified medical care.

The Ukrainian authorities accuse the RIA Novosti-Ukraina editor of treason and support of the Donbass republics. If the court find him guilty, he will face up to fifteen years in prison.

As Russkiy Mir reported, the diplomats call his arrest outrageous after his detention under a contrived pretext. The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Lavrov, called Kiev's actions unacceptable.
