Russian journalist Kirill Vyshinsky was taken to the hospital directly from the court session held in the Kherson court, RBC reports. The meeting was supposed to consider the pre-trial restrictions for the journalist.

Vyshinsky who has been in custody for more than three months complained of heart pain. He was taken for medicine examination and the meeting was postponed. Local mass media reported that several days ago Vyshinsky suffered a heart attack.

The Ukrainian authorities accuse the editor of the RIA Novosti-Ukraina of treason and Donbass republics support. If the court recognizes him guilty, he faces up to fifteen years in prison.

Moscow demands the immediate, unconditional release of Vyshinsky and the all charges withdrawal. Diplomats call his arrest outrageous, since he was detained under a contrived pretext. The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov, called Kiev's actions unacceptable.

The representative of Germany's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Rainer Broyl said the freedom of the media and freedom of speech to be the higher values. According to him, this statement remains correct for Ukraine.
