"Russia as you have never seen before" be German filmmakers

Documentary about Russia made by German crew screened at the Docker International festival in Moscow on April, 3, Peterburgsky Dnevnik (Petersburg Diary) website reported.  

The feature-length documentary Russia From Above by Petra Höfer and Freddie Röckenhaus introduces breath-taking views of our country from helicopter. The directors aimed to capture spectacular scenery of Kalmykia steppes, Manpupuner Pillars rock formation, icebreakers on the Polar Sea, Kamchatka, Elbrusfrom the bird's eye view.

"Russia as you have never seen before: from the bird's eye view," declares the film annotation.

Russian voice over is recorded by actor Viktor Sukhorukov. 

Festival films to be screened in other Russian cities, such as Yaroslavl, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg until April, 8th. 

Note, Beirut and Tripoli inhabitants viewed documentary series Russia from the Train Window and The Ridge. Caucasus from Sea to Sea. These documentaries made by Anton Lange are dedicated to contemporary Russia. They were included into Russian Film Week in Lebanon.
