Cooperation with Russian universities opens up many opportunities for Argentine scientists, teachers and students, says Silvio Marcelo Dal-Ara, professor at the National University of Tucuman. According to him, the signing of several cooperation agreements with Russian universities represents the beginning of a new era, TASS reports. Silvio Marcelo Dal-Ara has no doubt that this will strengthen relations between the two countries.

The Argentine University has concluded cooperation agreements with the Moscow State Linguistic University, St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University, Ural Federal University and Ufa University of Science and Technology.

It is planned to organize joint scientific research, academic exchanges, and conduct numerous events. Universities intend to begin work on double degree programs.
