Foreign students of Russian universities will be able to start classes when the epidemiological situation in the world allows, RIA Novosti reports. As the representative of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science in China, Igor Pozdnyakov, said, the renewal of  international flights should also be taken into account.

According to him, the resumption of classes is expected, but no one can name the exact date. The department is prepared for the possibility that students from China will return to the audience only by the beginning of October.

The start of the admission campaign to Russian universities for foreign students is scheduled for June 20. This year, it is possible to submit an application before the exam, as the exam starts only in late June. The exam was canceled for those graduates who are not going to continue their education at universities.

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education explained that there are two ways to file documents online: through the electronic system of the university or through the state online website.
