Educational exhibition in Croatia features leading Russian universities

For the first time, Russia received the status of a partner country at the 15th International Exhibition of Higher Education, which opened at the National University Library of Zagreb. Croatian applicants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the leading universities in Russia, to learn about available disciplines and the rules for admission, the Rossotrudnichestvo website reports.

Representatives of eleven Russian universities held presentations of their educational institutions at the exhibition. Universities from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tula and other cities took part in it.

Guests of the exhibition could choose a discipline from a wide list of areas - technical, natural-scientific, economic, pedagogical and humanitarian.

The Russian delegation included representatives of the world famous Gnesins Russian Academy of Music. The ambassador of Russia to Croatia Anvar Azimov took part in the opening ceremony of the exhibition. Teachers and scientists from Russia held lectures and seminars, during which they introduced the guests to the areas of training at Russian universities and scientific research conducted within the walls of universities.

The Ministry of Science and Education of Croatia and leading universities of the country, as well as Rossotrudnichestvo took part in the organization of the large-scale exhibition.
