In the book, Marco recounts his personal odyssey, narrating each stage of his life as a foreigner in Russia—starting from the initial fascination to the process of cultural assimilation, venturing into business, fostering authentic friendships, and ultimately, reaching a deep sense of identifying as a Russian at his very core. Berlin theater named The Russian Stage will bring two shows. And Here Judah Comes and Rudolf Nureyev. 48 Hours to be shown at the Konstantin Raikin Higher School of Performing Arts coming weekend, Theatre Magasine reports.
And Here Judah Comes based on Leonid Andreev story. The artistic director of the theater Irina Sokoloff-Gordon, the play directors were attracted by story based on a Biblical plot.
Rudolf Nureyev. 48 Hours tells the sad story of a great dancer coming to his birthland from abroad for only 2 days to bid farewell to his mother.
The Russian Stage is the only Russian repertory theatre in the far abroad. In a course of 12 years the theater put on stage 15 contemporary and classical plays in Russian and German languages. The theater also conducts acting classes.
