The British authorities have accused Russia of poisoning attempts again. As per Gazeta.ru, this time the British Defence Minister Gavin Williamson has claimed that Moscow is guilty in death of the UK citizen. As per the Russkiy Mir Foundation, last week a couple was poisoned with Novichok nerve agent. The man and the woman lived near the place where Sergei and Yulia Skripal were recently poisoned. The woman died yesterday. The man is in the critical state.

The investigation is conducted by the British police. Scotland Yard has stated yesterday that they have had no evidence of any connection between the two incidents. Meanwhile, the British Defense Minister has no doubts that the whole world is to support London and join it in blaming Russia.

Australia has quickly joint this point of view. Australian Minister of Foreign Affairs Julie Bishop has stated that she has no doubts that the poison killing the woman in Amesbury was produced in Russia, despite there is not any evidence of it. Minister believes that the Russian authorities must explain how Novichok got into the UK and what happened to the rest of the reserves of this poisonous substance.

Russian Embassy called the incident in Amesbury a provocation. The representative of our country to OPCW Alexander Shulgin has stated that Russia will demand London of providing evidence regarding involvement of our country into the attempted poisoning in Amesbury. Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov has paid condolences over the death of the woman. He has added that Moscow is concerned about existence of poisonous substances on the territory of the UK.
