The British government led by Theresa May has tried to distract attention from Brexit and from the Prime Minister’s resignation, Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said. She called the attempts a single explanation for another video posted by the London police, RIA Novosti reports. The videos show Russian nationals Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov in new locations of Salisbury. The newly-released footage were supplemented by a picture of a bottle, according to the British side keeping Novichok agent which poisoned Sergey Skripal and his daughter Julia.

The MFA spokeswoman noted that London apparently considers three documentary short films about the urban infrastructure of Salisbury and two photos evidence of something unknown.

On November 22, the Russian embassy appealed to the authorities of Great Britain. Diplomats say that London’s actions violate the provisions of international law. They once again demanded to provide information about the fate of Sergei and Julia Skripal.

Earlier Russkiy Mir reported the Russian embassy to have noted that the British government is not responding to requests. The number of the requests reached several dozens but the UK still hides information.

After the nine months since the Salisbury incident, the diplomats addressed to the UK Foreign Secretary, the Home Secretary, and the police, but they never responded. The Russian diplomats regularly tried to discuss the matter during personal contacts with representatives of the UK Foreign Secretary.
