The Russian authorities have already identified the people suspected of poisoning the former British spy and former GRU officer Sergei Skripal and his daughter, said Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF). The work of the forum began on September 11 in Vladivostok, Vedomosti newspaper reports.

According to the country's head, Moscow found the information about the people whom London had brought charges. "We know who they are, we found them," the Russian leader explains. He expressed the hope that two people named by the Scotland Yard will tell about themselves. It will be better for everyone if they appear, the president assures. He believes that there is nothing criminal. Vladimir Putin adds that they are civilians.

He addressed to them and suggested contacting the media.

As Russkiy Mir reported, last week London said that it suspects two Russian citizens of involvement in the crime. It turns out that the law enforcement agencies of Britain knows their names and when they arrived in England, where they lived and what places visited. The UK also published their pictures made from the records of security cameras.
