Immortal Regiment in Czech Republic held under the patronage of Milos Zeman

More than 3 thousand people participate in the Immortal Regiment action today in Prague, TASS reports. Russian compatriots, CIS countries citizens and locals marched, holding photographs of their ancestors who have participated in the WW2. People went from Staromestska Square to the Fruit Market Square. 

According to the organizers,a the Immortal Regiment has become a good tradition in Prague. The action was held for the third time, each time it is joined by more and more people. 

The President Milos Zeman and Russian Ambassador in Czech Republic Alexander Zmeevsky held The Immortal Regiment patronage.

Concert of the local bands playing war times songs concluded the action. 

The Immortal Regiment action took place today in Karlovy Vary and in Brno. Tomorrow the procession will be held in Tepliza located in the North of  the Czech Republic.
