Austria’s Best Russian Studies Students to Travel to Russia

The final of the Russian Language Olympiads among students of professional schools in Austria was held in Linz. Twelve finalists from regional competitions from the seven federal districts of Austria took part in the competition. For the first time their number was greater than the number of students studying French, the website of the Russian Science and Culture Center in Vienna reports.

The winner received a certificate to participate in an intensive Russian language class at the center and also take semester-long training course at the Pushkin State Institute of Russian Language in Moscow free of charge. The second and third place winner received certificates for month-long training courses at the Pushkin Institute in Moscow.
