Russia and Polish Schoolchildren Visit Katyn Memorial

Russian and Polish school children visited the memorial Katyn to those who were killed during political repressions near Smolensk, Voice of Russia reports.

Over 200 boys and girls took part in a memorial march from Gnezdovo railway station to the Katyn forest where over 4,000 detained Polish officers and 6.5 Soviet citizens were killed and buried under the orders by Stalin in 1940.
