Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has arrived in Milan where he will be discussing with his Italian counterpart Silvio Berlusconi ways to broaden mutually-rewarding ties between the two nations, the Voice of Russia reports.  On  Monday the sides plan to sign a sheaf of  bilateral accords, including Russian help in rebuilding the quake-shattered architectural monuments in Aquila, the construction of a thermonuclear reactor in Russia and  joint cooperation projects in energy, auto and aircraft design and development.
