Vladimir Putin smiles at London

Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation

British Foreign Office is decorated with the portrait of smiling Vladimir Putin, RIA Novosti informs. The portrait of the Russian President appeared at the façade of the British Foreign Ministry at night following the Russian presidential election. The inscription under the image reads «Miss me?» This is a quotation of popular British TV series called Sherlock. This question is several times asked by Jim Moriarty, the hero of the popular detective story after Conan Doyle’s book.

The light projection in London was provided by Philosoraptor group. The group published the projection on its YouTube channel. The authors of the performance mention that they just wanted to remind people of the Western simple strategy of accusing Russians and Putin of everything.

The inscription under the video says that Russians love their strong leader and re-elected him for the next presidential term. We need to respect the choice of the Russian people.

Vladimir Putin has earlier stated that he is not perplexed at all by the attempts of the Western mass media to present him as the main world evil. In his words, his main priorities are interests of Russia and its people.
