Kirill Giazintov was born in a Russian immigrant family in France. He completed studies in France and in Austria, and in 1950s moved across the ocean to serve in the army. He graduated with PhD in Physical Chemistry and worked in a Medical equipment sales in US. Later he served as an assistant to Deputy-Minister for the US Secretary of Commerce. In 2001 he became the The Assembly of the Russian Nobility in USA.

The Assembly was created in 1930s as non-political and non-commercial organization. The main goal is charity and research work in archives. The Assembly of the Russian Nobility collects financial gifts and passes them to Russian, European, American Charities. This money is used to support homeless and poor. Those who want to be a member to the Assembly has to provide documentation in order to confirm their affiliation to the Nobel Society.
