Next year in Russia might be named the Year of Water, RIA Novosti informs. According to Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Sergey Donskoy, the organisational Eco Year committee participants have propounded this idea. There were other interesting proposals as well. Organisational committee members have discussed how to better predict solutions and mechanisms in the frames of the Year of Ecology.
