Russian citizen has fallen victim to the escalating Israeli-Palestinian conflict, TASS reports. Russian diplomats confirmed his death the day before, on October 9. The embassy noted that they are working to find out the circumstances of his death.

earlier, four Russian citizens are still unaccounted for, and diplomats are in regular communication with their families, offering necessary support. The diplomatic mission assured that they are doing everything possible to establish where our fellow citizens are, working closely with incoming appeals and assisting Russian tourists in Israel.
A spokesman for the radical Hamas movement said they have Israelis with dual citizenship in their hands, including Russian and Chinese citizens. Middle Eastern media noted that among the hostages taken on the territory of Israel during the Hamas attack, there are dozens of people with dual citizenship.
The Israeli-Palestinian conflict sharply escalated on October 7, when the Palestinian movement Hamas attacked Israeli territory.
