Lomonosov MSU is the best Russian university in Life and Medical sciences

Lomonosov MSU entered the top-200 university list in fields of the Life and Medical sciences, according to the RUR rating. More than 800 institutions from 74 countries took part in the estimation process, RIA Novosti informs.

Lomonosov MSU took 108th place for the Life Science department.                                                                                                        
Tomsk State University and St. Petersburg State University (SPBGu) entered the top-3 best Russian universities' chart in the same discipline, according to the RUR. Amosov North Eastern Federal University, SPBGu and Lomonosov MSU have entered top-300 Russian universities' chart in Medical Sciences. 

Experts called current year a «breakthrough» for Russian high education institutions due to the quick grow in various international ratings. Russian scholars are among 5-6 leading countries in Medical and Biological sciences as well.
