The joint performances, master classes, creative laboratories and many other events were included in the Russian Language Territory program. It is participated by Russian State Institute of Performing Arts from St. Petersburg (RSIPA) and the Parisian theater center Aprelik. Fifteen students and RSIPA associate professor Maxim Mikhailov arrived in the capital of France to work in the center for ten days, the website of the Association of Russian Theaters Abroad informs.

RSIPA and Aprelik carry out joint projects for six years. Maxim Mikhailov made several performances with children of different age in the center. The associate professor staged Winnie-the-Pooh for students of the Aprelik senior theater studio. Specialists at the congress of the Association of Russian Theaters Abroad welcomed it. Next time Winnie-the-Pooh will be shown in Paris on November 28.

Earlier Russkiy Mir reported that the Russian-language theater Aprelik was created in 2005 by Lyudmila Drobich, the artistic director of the children's center, and Russian-speaking residents of Paris, who did not want their children to forget the Russian language and culture. Gradually, the theater was transformed into a center for children (from three years old) taught spoken Russian with special methods.

Aprelik repertoire includes dozens of performances of children's classics by Russian and foreign authors. Young actors perform in Paris and tour a lot.
