About 370 polling stations to be open outside Russia during the Presidential election. Russian citizen visiting or residing abroad can vote right there, the Central Election Commission of Russian Federation has decided during the meeting , TASS reports.

According to the deputy director of CEC Nikolay Bulaev, the list of all the polling stations to be published by the end of this month. The early voting organization was on CEC agenda as well. This issue is actual for those Russians who live too far from their polling stations.

Let us remember, Presidential election campaign officially started in Russia on December 18. About two-million Russians are registered in the consulates abroad.

Earlier CEC informed that probably no more than the forth part of Russians abroad will vote. There are many reasons for that, including psychological factors, such as domestic media, pressure in society, anti-Russian actions.

There are several ways to be included in the voting lists. First of all it is possible to call CEC. Also Russian citizen can register on the public services portal or call Russian diplomatic mission in their country of residence.
