Russian houses may appear in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, Pavel Shevtsov, deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo, told RIA Novosti. According to him, the agency is currently exploring this possibility.

Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the UAE and Saudi Arabia on a working visit last December. He highly appreciated the development of interaction with these countries.

Much of the visit to both countries took place behind closed doors. But the scale with which the Russian leader was received serves as proof that the parties maintain a high level of relations.

The Kremlin called the visit to the Middle East very important. It not only made it possible to give a new impetus to strengthening bilateral contacts, but also became a signal to the international community.
