The embassy of the Russian Federation called the new sanctions adopted by the British government against Russia unacceptable and null and void from the point of view of law. According to diplomats, with particular cynicism, London used the issue of child protection as a pretext for introducing new restrictions, TASS reports.

The embassy noted that less than a day had passed since the Kiev regime, with the support of the collective West, carried out a terrorist attack in which a 14-year-old girl was injured and her parents died. And the shells that London supplies Kyiv are hitting peaceful cities where children and adults are dying.

The British Foreign Office on Monday, July, 17, introduced new restrictions against 13 Russians. Among them are the heads of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Culture - Sergey Kravtsov and Olga Lyubimova, the head of Kamchatka Vladimir Solodov, the head of Adygea Murat Kumpilov and others. They are accused of allegedly contributing to the "deportation of Ukrainian children." The Artek recreation center also fell under the sanctions.

The Russian diplomatic mission is sure that this step was another proof of London's isolation from the real world and the existing gap between the declared goals and true motives.
