WFYS participants to play and sing at the Sochi Jazz Festival

Jazz UsadbaSochi Jazz Festival will enter the program of the 2017 World Festival of Youth and Students. The Jazz festival is headed by famous saxophonist Igor Butman, TASS reports. 

The concert is planned to conduct on October 16th on the central city square. 

Moscow Jazz Orchestra under Igor Butman, Eugene Pobozjiy group, pianist Oleg Accuratov, Eilenkrig Crew, and other jazz bands are going to be on the stage. 

Not only well-recognized but also young and less-known musicians-participants of WFYS will perform. 

Let us remember that the main part of the festival events will take place in Sochi. 

There are more than 50 thousand applications, while 20 thousand are to participate in the festival. Half of them are Russians. Guided tours around 15 Russian cities and towns are planned for foreigners for the first time in the festival history.
