US Congress owns secret information on Kaspersky lab

The source in US Congress refused to provide detailed information to reporters referring to its confidentiality. It also stays unknown who prepared the analytical report, what information it contained and what effect it had on Congress members. Apart from the report, members of the committee discussed future actions of US authorities in relation to this company.

It should be reminded that American government forbids the Pentagon and state institutions in US to use antivirus software and other software programmes produced by the Russian company referring to the national security issues. Top management of Kaspersky Lab has many times denied any connection of the company employees to the Russian Federal Security Service. The company head Eugene Kaspersky expressed his readiness to bear witness to US Congress committee and answer all their questions.
