Day of Russian heritage took place in London. Russian heritage in Great Britain committee organised the event where kids and adults took part, Rossotrudnichestvo portal reported. 

Guests got to know works of children’s and youth creativity named “Russian diplomats, aristocrats and emperors in the Great Britain's history.” Winners have received prizes from the committee's chair Prince Nikolay Dmitrievich Lobanov-Rostovsky.

Student of the Royal college Rustam Khamurzin told about connections between music of Borodin, Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, Rachmaninov and historical events.

Researcher Alexander Novikov was talking about the World War 2.  He described relations between Moscow and Berlin before the war, and Russia and anti-Hitler coalition after the WW2 has ended.

Dolls making master class with the folklorist Zinaida Petruchenei,  and Russian romance concert have attracted kids and adults.  

2nd Rifle Guards Division History reconstruction club held military-patriotic interactive game. Guests could try on the WW2 military uniform and visit exhibition dedicated to the Great Patriotic War.
