Russians won awards at Chinese International Snow and Ice Festival

Russian teams became champions and prize-winners of the International Snow and Ice Festival in China, winning all three prizes. The awards were given to teams of snow and ice sculptures from Troitsk, Yakutia and Vladivostok, the Yuan da Marya telegram channel reportsю

The prestigious festival brought together 30 teams from seven countries in China; Russian participants managed to show the skill and strength of the national creative school. The first prize went to the craftsmen from Troitsk who created the work entitled ''Morning Fishing''.

Yakut participants came second, decorating the festival site with an icy image of the spirit of cold Chyskhaan, as well as a reindeer and a girl. The team from Vladivostok won the third prize with the sculpture named ''Autumn.''
