The OSCE practically sided with the Kyiv regime by refusing to condemn the attack on Belgorod, the Russian permanent mission to the organization believes. According to diplomats, OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid and Malta, which chairs the organization this year, ignored the attack on the peaceful city, which killed dozens of people, RIA Novosti reports.

The day before, OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid and Maltese Foreign Minister Jan Borg released a joint statement. They condemned ''Russian strikes on Ukraine'' but did not mention the December, 30 missile attack on Belgorod by the Ukrainian army.

On December, 30, the Kiev regime hit Belgorod with an MLRS multiple launch rocket system. 25 people died, five of them were children. More than 100 people were injured. Russian President Vladimir Putin promised that a response to this crime will definitely follow, but Russia is not going to hit the streets of Kyiv or shoot at other peaceful objects.

Malta continues the course of its predecessors in this post, aimed at one-sided and biased assessments of the situation in Ukraine, the Rusian diplomats stressed. The OSCE leadership is moving towards the collapse of the platform for dialogue between East and West on military and political issues, trampling on its mandates, the Russian permanent mission said.
