YouTube administration has restricted access to the channel of US journalist Jackson Hinkle, as reported by Lenta.ru. The channel's creator has consistently expressed support for Russia's actions.

As the journalist himself admitted, the account can not be restored. According to him, he was accused of publishing "disinformation about Ukraine". The number of subscribers of the channel The Dive with Jackson Hinkle reached 300 thousand people.

Jackson Hinkle comments on important international events in his blog. He repeatedly criticized the Kiev regime and spoke positively about Russia. He specifically charged Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky with not prioritizing the lives of the country's citizens. According to the journalist, Russian President Vladimir Putin exerted every effort to prevent further escalation. The journalist further asserted that the resolution of the conflict would ultimately be on Moscow's terms.

Jackson Hinkle also talked about life in Russia and published videos from his trips around the country.

As Russkiy Mir previously reported, more than seventy accounts of Russian media, public figures and politicians are still restricted from access on the YouTube video hosting site. In addition, the administration of the American video service has imposed about three dozen other restrictions. Roskomnadzor continues to record numerous facts of censorship against domestic sources.
