Russian Open Education Center starts work in Uganda

The Center for Open Education in Russian began its work in Uganda, Orenburg region reports. It was launched by the Orenburg State Pedagogical University (OSPU).

Classes will be held according to three programs prepared by Russian specialists. First of all, those who have already studied Russian will be invited to the center. Before the start of training, students are tested to determine the level of language proficiency.

OSPU has become one of the 14 universities that open Education Centers in African countries. In total, 28 educational sites are planned to open in 2023.

Centers for open education in Russian and teaching the Russian language will be created in more than 50 states, this goal is set out in the federal program of the Russian Ministry of Education.
