Vladimir Vysotsky's birthday to be celebrated in Ireland

Performers from Russia and other countries, as well as experts in the work of Vladimir Vysotsky, will take part in the "Own Track" online event, which will be held on January 23 to the poet's birthday. The organizer of the evening is the Russian Bridge association from Ireland, according to the event's Facebook page.

Legendary Soviet actor, singer and poet Vladimir Vysotsky was born on January 25, 1938. Representatives of the Russian Bridge prepared a meeting with Russian and foreign musicians, literary scholars, and people studying the life and work of Vladimir Vysotsky.

Anyone can take part in the online evening, as part of the event, the works of the poet will be performed and a conversation about the work of Vysotsky will take place. Russian Bridge promotes Russian culture and language in Ireland, holds concerts, festivals, training seminars, and also participates in the organization of international exchange of students and schoolchildren in cooperation with organizations of Russian compatriots in Ireland.
