Victory Dictation is going to unite more than 6,000 sites, according to the website of the Russian Military Historical Society. This is five times higher than last year's figure. They will work not only in Russia, but also in other countries.

According to the organizers, it is symbolic that in the year of the Victory anniversary, the dictation will take place in 75 countries. The number of participants can reach half a million people. By tradition, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, front-line soldiers, and home front workers will be honorary participants in the action. Representatives of the authorities, deputies, volunteers, and activists of public organizations will join the action.

As Russkiy Mir reported earlier, the Victory Dictation will take place this year on September 3. Earlier, it was supposed to take place on April 24 and unite at least 40 countries.

The tasks for the dictation are prepared by historians. They are dedicated to dates, events, military geography, historical figures, wartime posters, fiction, monuments, and more.
