German detective Joseph Resch, who is an independent investigator of the Malaysian Boeing disaster in the skies over the Donbass, will hand over the collected materials to Russia and Malaysia if the international investigation, led by the Dutch prosecutor’s office, once again refuses to take them into account in its investigation, RIA Novosti reports.

Resh’s investigation reveal the causes of the tragedy and the names of the people involved in it. According to the detective, he has data from American satellites. Previously, Resch offered the collected evidence and documents to the Dutch prosecutor's office with the aim of icluding them into the materials of the official investigation. But the detective, who demanded the disclosure of evidence in the presence of the media, got this idea refused.

Resh announced that he intended to make a second attempt to hand over the materials, but if he gets refused again, he reserves the right to contact Russia, Malaysia and other countries and publish these investigations. The detective also expressed his willingness to act in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) as a witness in the lawsuits of the relatives of the victims of the crash MH17.

Russkiy Mir reported on the reaction of Russian diplomats to the refusal of the investigation team to take into account the data of an independent investigation. The Russian embassy in the Netherlands expressed the opinion that the refusal of Joseph Resch spoke about the bias of the investigation.
