The Russian arms maker Kalashnikov is working on the electric supercar technology based on its original systems, reports RIA Novosti.

The concern assures that the new solution will enable Kalashnikov to become one of the global leading manufacturers of electric cars and rival Tesla. "While creating our concept we were inspired by the experience of world market leaders," the concern adds.

Now a supercar CV-1 body looks like a retrocar Izh-21252 Kombi. The vehicle with the nominal power 220 kW can travel 350km on one charge.
The modular battery management system is among the key technological advantages. It reaches an amperage of 2,000 A (3,000 A in future) and has a real-time control of composite elements.

The electric car battery with a capacity of 90 kW/h gives power to a "revolutionary inverter". Its size is 50×50×100 centimeters and it weights fifty kilograms. The battery reaches a power of 1.2 mW.

The new electric car develops speed much higher than the other Kalashnikov's electric vehicles may do.
