Russia is in the top five European countries's list by the quantity of FDI projects

Russia is in the top five European countries's list by the number of foreign direct investment projects. Thus, the country has improved its performance moving two positions up comparing to the rating made two years ago. There are about 15 countries in this list, RIA Novosti reports. 

According to experts, in the frames of FDI projects more than 25 thousand workspaces have appeared recently, which is more than 10,000 more than in 2016. Hence, it might be called a record. 
The percentage of FDI projects in Russia represents 4%. There's 5% in Netherlands which is one position ahead. The absolute leader is Great Britain, followed by Germany and France.

Foreign investors have invested in almost 240 projects in our country. The foreign investments' quantity in 2017 was the largest achieved during the past eight years.
