Russia and Croatia sign culture collaboration programme

Administration of Russia’s President  An array of documents was signed as a result of negotiations between Presidents of Russia and Croatia, the Kremlin official website reports.

At presence of Vladimir Putin and Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic a collaboration memorandum between the two governments and programmes on cooperation in the field of culture and between the prosecution offices were signed. Besides, a plan of consultations between Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Russia and Croatia was signed as well.

Putin and Grabar-Kitarovic discussed questions of bilateral cooperation and perspectives of relations’ development between the two countries. In particular, presidents touched upon the question of establishing the Russian Center for Science and Culture in the capital city of Croatia. Topics of international politics were also on the agenda.

President of Croatia invited Russian President to pay Croatia an official visit.

Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic arrived in Russia in the status of President for the first time. However, she visited Russia earlier. Last time Grabar-Kitarovic came to Moscow more than ten years ago in 2006. She used to hold an office of Foreign Minister of Croatia then.
