Flowers of Russia festival to take place in Slovenia

pixabay.com8th International Cultural festival Flowers of Russia will take place in Ljubljana and Maribor from October 23d to November 15th with support of Russian Ministry of Culture. It aims to promote Russian culture and creation of the positive image of Russia in Europe. The festival organizers brought classical music performed by young musicians and master classes.

This huge festival will open with classical music Russian Souvenir in Ljubljana. Russian musicians will perform Russian and Western classical music. Folk dance master class will be conducted by Honored Artist of Belorussian SSR Natalya Tarasova in the Maribor Conservatory of Music and Ballet on October 24.

Many events are planned at the Russian center of Science and Culture, including acting master class by Andrey Shimko.

Interactive dolls' exhibition Magic World of Petersburg Puppets will be held in the frames of the festival. It's visitors will get a chance to talk with puppeteers from the Northern capital.
