Crimea has a very good chance of becoming the major Russian language center, RIA Novosti informs. According to the Head of Republican Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov, this idea was voiced by Great Russian Word festival participants.
Crimean politician has mentioned that everyone knows Malta as the best place for learning English, and Crimea might become the best Russian language center, in its turn. All the best teachers will be brought together as well as new teachers could get the best training.
