Sberbank is the most expensive Russian brand name

Public joint stock company Sberbank was acknowledged the most expensive Russian brand name, as per TASS. British consulting company conducted analysis of the bank assets and evaluated this brand in 570 billion roubles. The company commented that the price has risen by 23 percent over the last year.

Brand Finance experts mentioned a weighed and innovative approach of Sberbank management towards risk assessment and advances portfolio. Sberbank takes 6th place in Europe when it comes to price. In the world ranking the Russian bank went several positions up to occupy twenty-fourth place.

Brand Finance company included such industry giants as Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosneft and retailing company Magnit into Top five Russian brands. Another well-known bank brand name VTB took only 8th place (105 billion rubles). Besides, British analysts have remarked that price of Russian materials sector brand names has decreased compared to the last year.
