Hollywood actor Armie Hammer came to Moscow to introduce new French-Britain Free Fire action comedy, and to uncover his Russian roots, TASS reports. According to the actor, his family left USSR and his great-grandmother was actress and singer Olga Vadina.
The actor added that these Russian roots in particular have helped him to get a role of KGB agent in The Man from U.N.C.L.E. by Guy Ritchie. Armie stated that he never liked to play good guys but instead he likes to play more complicated characters.
The presentation of Free Fire has happened last weekend, and it will be released on April, 27th. Free Fire by acclaimed filmmaker Ben Wheatley will grab attention of Russian cinephiles who would fall in love with this criminal comedy that is set in Chicago neighborhood in 1970s.
