At the same time, she was hoping to receive this message as this spring she sent a letter to the Buckingham Palace with congratulations for the Queen with her birthday.

The eighth grade pupil has been fond of the UK culture for a long time. She read a lot about the state regulatory system in the country. She has also got to know that the Queen always answers all letters and never leaves any of them unanswered.

The girl has been studying English since the second grade, so that writing a congratulating message was not a problem for her. Her parents did not help her as they studied German at school.
Vika attached to the letter a drawing of Elizabeth II standing on the bridge with a famous London Eye at the background. Of course, Vika shared her fondness of the UK with the Queen.

The Queen responded the letter with gratitude to the girl for the warm congratulations and complemented her strong command of the English language. She did not paint anything back, but she inserted her a picture with Duke of Edinburgh.
Teachers from school No. 122 where Vika studies are not surprised that Vika is writing letters to the Queen as she is very open-minded and active person. She studies with distinction and truly deserved the praise of Elizabeth II.
