Foreign musicians took part in the ''Strong in Unity'' International Festival of solidarity with Russia, TASS reports. It started the day before, on December, 21, in the Pskov region.

Scottish bagpiper Jimmy Mac Ray performed songs from the war years in Velikiye Luki. The musician's concerts are held all over the world. In his performances he defends the ideals of peace and friendship between peoples. Among his relatives is a participant in the Arctic convoys, who died while escorting one of the caravans.

Another group to take part in the festival was the Liber Arte team, which performed Latin American rhythms. It is very popular in Nicaragua.

Among the festival participants is the Chinese artist Wang Xiuling, who is a master portrait painter. Her works are kept in the State Museum of Oriental Art in Moscow, in many collections. The exhibition will take place in the Pskov region for the first time. A master class by the artist is also planned.

The festival events will take place in the Pskov region from December, 21 to December, 23. Among the participating musicians are Craig Roberts from the UK and Anna Lucia Calderon from Colombia.
