Russian culture took its rightful place at the Festival of Nations in the Swiss canton of Zug. The Russian Matryoshka school performed at the event, which brought together representatives of many national communities living in Switzerland, the telegram channel SwissVatnik reports.

The Festival of Nations takes place in Zug every two years, and the creative team of the Matryoshka school traditionally participates in the festival events, presenting works of Russian culture and folk costumes to guests. The festival brings together representatives of dozens of diasporas living in Switzerland.

In September, the Russian Seasons in Geneva exhibition opened in one of the galleries in Geneva. The organizers presented to the visitors over 20 paintings by St. Petersburg artist Miron Zharkevich dedicated to ballet.
