The BRICS+ University Association was created during the international conference on the export of higher education. The forum was held for the 10th time in St. Petersburg. The conference participants gathered at the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports.

The association's activities will be aimed at exchanging experience in the educational field. It will also make further contributions to the development of technology and the expansion of education programs. In addition, the new organization will play its role in consolidating the efforts of universities from different countries in implementing joint research projects.

Among the association's members are universities in Russia, Argentina, Brazil, India, China, South Africa, Ethiopia and the UAE. Russia is represented by the Moscow Polytechnic University and the St. Petersburg Pediatric Medical State University.

The forum organizers are confident that thanks to the new association, cooperation between universities from different countries will become easier and closer. Strengthening connections will help to exchange the most effective practices, interesting technologies and research results. And this, in turn, will lead to the creation of a brighter future not only for the BRICS+ countries, but for the whole world.
