Serbia hosts Days of Spiritual Culture of Russia

The concert of the Chamber Ensemble of teachers and students of the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music with the participation of the soloist of the Bolshoi Theater will take place in Belgrade on September, 21 as part of the Days of Spiritual Culture of Russia. Works by Russian and foreign composers will be performed at the National Museum of Serbia, the telegram channel of the Russian House in Belgrade reports.

Works by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Sergei Prokofiev, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Antonin Dvorak and other classics of world music will be performed during the concert. Teachers and students of the famous Moscow Gnessin Academy, including laureates of international competitions, are going to take the stage.

The special guest of the concert will be Bolshoi Theater soloist Leonid Bomstein, professor of the Gnesinka Department of Solo Singing. On September, 22, he will give a master class for young singers from Serbia at the Belgrade University of the Arts.

In July of this year, the Moscow Synodal Choir performed in Belgrade and Subotica. The concert took place as part of the Days of Spiritual Culture of Russia, organized by the country's Ministry of Culture.
