Doctors in the capital's clinics will be assisted in making diagnoses by the AIDA assistant, Gazeta.ru reports. The assistant was the result of the joint work of the Moscow Government and Sberbank. The project was launched in a pilot format in 24 Moscow clinics.

According to experts, AIDA is a unique system for in-depth diagnostics and monitoring of the patient's condition. There is nothing like it anywhere else - neither in Russia nor in the world.

Deputy Mayor of Moscow Anastasia Rakova noted that the assistant cannot replace a doctor, it is not given such a task. AIDA will make it possible to back up physicians' opinion in case there are suspicions of one of almost 100 serious diseases that require dispensary observation. The accuracy of the assistant is approaching 90%.

AIDA will help doctors make the final diagnosis based on the data of the electronic medical record for the last two years. The model was trained by the most qualified and experienced Moscow doctors on records of 30 million patient visits over two years.
