The Russian booth opened on June, 15 at the Beijing International Book Fair. The stand includes Russian-language books and translations into Chinese. The fair is considered the largest in Asia and the 2nd largest in the world, TASS reports.

After the end of the fair, the books of the Russian stand will be donated to the library of the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing.

On June, 15, as part of the work of the Russian stand, the presentation of ''Classics of Children's Literature along the Belt and Road'' anthology, published in two languages, took place. Scientists from the two countries presented the international translation award ''Russia-China. Literary Diplomacy.''

The well-known Russian writer Pavel Basinsky noted that Russia and China have good relations in many areas. The writer stressed that Russian classics are very popular in China.
