Renowned Russian fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin passed away

Valentin Yudashkin has passed away, TASS reports. The famous Russian fashion designer died on Tuesday, May 2, at the age of 60, after a long illness.

People's Artist of the Russian Federation was born in 1963 in the Moscow region. In 1986 he graduated with honors from the Moscow Industrial College.

The fashion house Valentin Yudashkin began operating in 1991. At the same time, the fashion designer became famous worldwide thanks to the fashion collection brought to the Parisian public.

Valentin Yudashkin was twice entrusted with the creation of costumes for the national Olympic team. Russian athletes went to the Olympics in costumes from Yudashkin in 1994 and 1996. In 2008, he participated in the development of uniforms for the Russian military.
