An exhibition of works by the winners of the Andrey Stenin International Photojournalism Competition has opened in San Juan, Argentina. The exposition, which was opened with the support of the Russian House in Buenos Aires, includes 23 photographs taken by authors from ten countries, the Russian House telegram channel reports.

The exhibition opened at the Alfonsina Storni Library and will be on display at the Faculty of Social Sciences at San Juan National University starting April, 24.

Guests can view photographs from different countries of Europe, Asia, South and North America. The works of photographers from Russia, China, India, Peru, USA, Iran, Italy and other countries are exhibited in the country.

Jorge Lorenzo, head of the Foundation for Ideas for the Advancement of Equality (FIPPE), called the exhibition a "breath of fresh air" showcasing a "multipolar planet" and opposed it to those who impose "one-man cultural hegemony" on the world.

Last year, residents had the opportunity to see the best works of the previous season of the competition in memory of Russian photographer Andrey Stenin.
